St. John's Church, Birchgrove

St John’s is a daughter church in the parish of Llansamlet. It was built in 1891 so 2011 saw its 120th anniversary.

Services are conducted here by the Vicar of Llansamlet who covers all three churches.

It is set back from the road in its own grounds and has a church hall beside it. The church can hold just short of an hundred people.

It is available to be used for christenings, weddings and funerals by arrangement with the Vicar. For further information and details please refer to the relevant web page for St Samlet’s.

The hall is also available for booking by organisations and for children’s parties.

Church Services

There is a service on the 1st and 3rd Sunday mornings at 9.30am. All are welcome to attend.

Other Regular Groups

Craft and Hobbies Club

This is a group who meet in the hall every week on a Wednesday afternoon at 1.00pm and learn and share different crafts, raising money for charity and enjoying fellowship together.
